西安外国企业服务有限公司（以下简称XAFESCO）是万宝盛华（中国）与原西安外国企业服务有限公司（西安外服）的合资公司。XAFESCO于1994年6月11日经西安市人民政府批准成立，是政府指定为外国企业及港、澳、台企业在西安设立常驻代表机构提供承办服务及人力资源服务的专业公司、中国对外服务工作行业协会会员单位。
