西安外国企业服务有限公司于１９９４年６月１１日经西安市人民政府批准成立，是政府指定为外国企业及港、澳、台企业在我市设立常驻代表机构提供承办服务及人力资源代理的专门机构。２００４年３月１８日经西安市人民政府改制领导小组批准，改为股份制企业，与国内最大两家人力资源公司－－－北京外企人力资源服务有限公司、上海市对外服务有限公司结为联盟。西安外企经过１０年创业，由于不断改进服务理念，适应市场经济发展和客户需要，业务发展迅猛。目前已为２０多个国家和地区的２００多家外国企业提供人力资源服务，占据西安涉外人力资源市场的主要份额。由于公司资产优良，按照国家要求，已完成了企业改制。西安外企将依托北京外企、上海外服的先进管理系统和服务理念，按照本土化的服务、国际化的标准，为客户提供高品质、全方位、专业化人力资源服务。

 

　　Xi'an Foreign Enterprise Service Co.,Ltd.was authorized to eata-blish in June 11,1994,by Xi'an people's Government, and is the app-ointed agency for foreign, Hong Kong, Macao,and Taiwan enterprises to establish standing bodies and manage human resources for them, On March 18,2004,authorized by leading group of restructuring of enterprise of Xi'an People's Government, the company was restructured to be a joint-stock enterprise, and united with the two biggest FESCOs domestic:Beijing FESCO and Shanghai FESCO. After ten years efforts,due to continuous improvement of service theory to suit the market and customer's needs, our business has been going up rapidly. By now ,we have served for more than 200 enterprises in more than 20 countries and areas, occupied the most part of Xi'an market. Since our capital status is good ,according to the requirement of the government, we have been restructured. Based on the advanced management system and service theory of Beijing and Shanghai FESCOs, the company will supply high qualified, omnibearing and special human resources service according to the service localization and international standard
